We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel
• Cancel 24+ hours before class: Your spot is freed up and you can get a full refund.
• Cancel within 24 hours of class or in case of no-show without notice: the fee can't be returned.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring water to stay hydrated.
Feel free to bring your own mat, but if you don't have one, no worries — we have spare mats available. All other props are prepared for you, so just come as you are.
Our doors open 15 minutes before class — please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes early so you can settle in.
Our doors close 3 minutes before class starts so we can begin on time and keep the space calm.
This is a Vinyasa Flow class with a gentle warm-up, flowing sequences, standing poses, balance work, a peak pose, and a relaxing cool-down ending in Savasana.
Medium-paced, combining flowing movement with holding in key poses to help you ground, breathe, and fully experience each posture.
Absolutely! Beginners are welcome. You’ll be offered modifications to suit your needs. Bring an open mind and enjoy the practice!
Yes! Flexibility isn’t required—it’s something that develops with practice.
Of course. You’re encouraged to rest in Child’s Pose whenever you need.
Please contact me before booking. Depending on your stage of pregnancy and yoga experience, another class may be more suitable.
